Services At Lasertek, we know that the work doesn’t stop just because the copier, printer or fax machine does. Our toner and ink buying customers have long enjoyed our quick response time to their needs when their machines are down and need to be up and running quickly. Our mobile technicians can usually respond to emergencies within the hour. They can quickly diagnose the problem and get back to the customer with a realistic cost of repair and a reasonable time line as to when that work will be done. Our toner and ink buying customers also benefit by receiving a reduced labor rate and a discount on the price of parts used in the repair of their machines. When available, Lasertek offers loaner printers and fax machines so that our customers can continue with their business without any unnecessary interruptions. Lasertek offers a complete line of used and remanufactured copiers, laser printers and fax machines for those customers wanting to reduce the amount of money they have to spend on additional office machines. Having more than one machine of the same make and model reduces the amount of toner cartridges that need to be kept at the customers location, therefore reducing the cost for keeping excessive inventory levels. Lasertek does not and will not charge a delivery fee to any customer for toner, ink or ribbons that they buy from us. The price you pay for the product plus any tax that must be added to the order is all that you, our customer, will have to pay.
